Shipping conditions
The products are delivered worldwide.
Shipping costs (inclusive of legally applicable VAT)
Domestic deliveries (Germany):
We charge shipping costs on the basis of the order value (gross product value):
Free shipping within Germany and Austria from an order value of € 65 or above.
For orders below € 99, the shipping cost is € 5,15 within Germany (GLS).
For orders below € 99, the shipping cost is € 7,00 for deliveries to Austria (Austrian Post).
Deliveries to foreign countries:
We charge a flat shipping fee for international deliveries:
Switzerland: DHL 27,50 EUR
Europe 1: DHL 9,50 EUR (Belgium, Denmark, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Lichtenstein)
Europe 2: DHL 15,50 EUR (Czech Republic, France, Italy, Monaco, Poland, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia)
Europe 3: DHL 19,50 EUR (Spain, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Lithuania, Portugal, Latvia, Romania, Croatia, Bulgaria, remaining Balkan countries, Andorra)

Delivery periods
The estimated delivery time is indicated for each product in our webshop. Unless otherwise specified in the quote, domestic delivery of goods shall be made (in Germany) within 3 - 5 days, for deliveries abroad within the EU within 5 - 14 days, for deliveries outside the EU 10 - 25 days, from conclusion of the order (if advance payment agreed from the date of the payment instruction).
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and national holidays. If you have ordered articles with different delivery dates, we will send the articles together in one delivery if no other agreement has been made. The delivery date for the complete order will be the same as that of the article with the longest delivery time. Please note that we deliver all products together for environmental protection reasons. That means we wait until all the products ordered are available - i.e. in stock. In exceptional cases and depending on the value of your order (from an order value above € 100), we may also make a partial delivery at our expense. Important: This is currently only possible for shipping within Germany.
Delivery times for shipping outside of Germany
For shipping abroad, a delivery period of between 5 to 10 working days is to be expected, provided that all products ordered are in stock. Please note that we do not send partial deliveries abroad. This means that your goods will be sent as soon as all of the items ordered are available.
